Ik zou m.b.t. Bill Evans meteen voor The Complete Village Vanguard Recordings gaan: een 3-cd box met alle vijf de sets van die dag (later op Sunday... & Waltz... terecht gekomen) in de goede volgorde, met tussenstukjes. Geweldige muziek!
Vandaag maar weer eens wat gekocht: Everybody Digs Bill Evans van... Bill Evans & Tale Spinnin' van Weather Report. Volgens mij beide zeer sterke aanwinsten.
Ik zou m.b.t. Bill Evans meteen voor The Complete Village Vanguard Recordings gaan: een 3-cd box met alle vijf de sets van die dag (later op Sunday... & Waltz... terecht gekomen) in de goede volgorde, met tussenstukjes. Geweldige muziek!

Bij die Knitting Factory cd's zit ook Totem Blues van Mario Pavone. Lekker strakke en improv jazz. Ik ga eens meer van die kerel checken.
Ik heb het spul in een winkel gekocht. Kon ik het tenminste nog luisteren.
